Alioum Boukar (born January 3, 1972 in Yaoundé) is a Cameroonian football goalkeeper, who played for several clubs, including Canon Yaoundé, Samsunspor and Istanbulspor, both in Turkey.
He played for Cameroon national football team and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup and the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
He has Turkish citizenship and changed name of Ali Uyanık.
A Kingston (UK) amateur football team have an unofficial fan club and use his name for their team "Alioum Boukar's Wives AFC"
